Inviting Team Members and Clients

Vala is built for collaboration, allowing you to easily share access with team members or external clients.

Invite Team Members:

To invite team members to your organization, go to your “Settings” in the side bar.

  1. Select “Invite Member” to get started.

  2. Input the user email and select a role for your team member.


Invite Clients:

To provide clients access to their Vala claim, go to “Clients” in the side bar.

  1. Click on the client name to view options.

  2. Select “Send Portal Invite.” Please note the invite will expire in 7 days.
