We’ve built our call portal to make the intake process as seamless as possible.

  • Making Calls: Connect effortlessly with unlimited domestic and international calls to your clients

  • Intake Questions: Easily edit one of our intake templates or design your own for a fully personalized workflow.

  • Client Notes: Save your client notes to your database, where they can be accessed and shared with other members of your organization.

  • Live Transcription: Each call includes live transcription to ensure every detail is accurately captured.

  • Auto-filled Documents: Once your call is complete, Vala will automatically populate the following documents to initiate the claims process: 21-22a (Power of Attorney), 21-0966 (Intent to File), and 21-4138 (Lay Statement). You can view and download the filled documents from your Client Page.

  • Invite to Portal: Enter your client’s information and provide access to Vala for streamlined collaboration.
